USNAAAGWC BY LAWS

                 Changes incorporate the following:

               1.  Correct some typographical and formatting errors.

               2.  Clarify the process for nominating candidates for chapter offices and the board.

               3.  Clarify the process and timeline for electing officers and board members.

               4.  Updates the chapter's Trustee's term consistent with the term specified by national alumni association's by-laws.

               5.  Updates the fiscal year in the by-laws with that on file with the IRS.
